Bursaries in South Africa are experiencing drop off rates of up to 54%. In the vast majority of cases, this is due to learners not choosing the appropriate tertiary option aligned to their interests and capabilities.

HeadSpace Assessments© aim is to use psychometric assessments to open up career possibilities for learners and helping them reaching their career aspirations through a structured process

As a natural follow on to The Kommunity Career Handbook©, HeadSpace Assessments© offers two levels of

interventions:

  • Identifying potential bursars (sponsored)
  • Private Individual assessments for Career counselling (non-sponsored)

In the interests of effective skills development and addressing the skills shortages we face, HeadSpace Assessments© is largely focused on aligning learners interests and abilities with study options that will help addressing the skills shortages on the short and long term.
