The HeadSpace Assessments process is designed to offer the corporate Sponsor detailed insight into the learners potential and development needs. By having this information available sponsors can channel learners into the correct careers where there is a skills shortage in the company ,but also ensure that the learner embark on a career that will interest him/her.
The assessments are an important and additional service offering to our corporate partners, in that they are specifically designed to minimise financial risk to our corporate partners by reducing the risk of tertiary drop-out by the learner as a result of very little or no career counselling at school level. The lack of this service at school level leads to incorrect decisions that leads to a high drop off at tertiary level studies
