The subjects already chosen by the learner will dictate the range of career choices available to the learners after  leaving school. The Kommunity Career Handbook© is aimed at guiding the learners into a career that matches the subjects they have taken, combined with their individual interests. These informed career choices will also go a long way in addressing the skills shortages in South Africa, through pointing learners in the right direction with skills that are needed, and providing job security.
